Whether you frequently attend auctions, or if this is your first experience with an auction, we hope that you will find the auction process to be a refreshing alternative to a negotiated sale. We desire to assist you to better serve your client and respect the professional relationship and service that you provide to your buyer client.
A few suggestions to the Buyer Broker to make the most of an auction:

If you have never observed an auction, we suggest you attend a few to become familiar with the process.
When you receive an auction notice, consider whether the property would be ideal for one of your client’s needs. If so, download the auction property’s Bidder Information Kit and forward the information on to your client.
Contact the Auction Office to receive a Buyer Broker Registration Form. Assist your Buyer Client in completing and signing the form, and then return it to the Auction Office to ensure that you are registered and protected as your client’s agent.
